Volunteering is not limited to AMS parents - family, friends, and community members are also invited to help! Most slots for these activities are in two hour blocks - feel free to sign up for more than one block of time if you'd like.
Friday, November 13 Pre-Festival Set Up
WE CAN ALWAYS USE MORE HELP!! Volunteers are asked to meet at 2:30 at the AMPs shed by the Novas' room. Tables and chairs will be disbursed and areas will be staged for the following day, leaving as much set up outside that's "safe" overnight.
Saturday, November 14 Festival Volunteers
Festival day volunteers are asked to check in a few minutes before the start of their shift. New volunteers should stop by the ticket tables at the main gate of the school. Returning / AMS volunteers who are familiar with campus may proceed directly to their activity station and text the volunteer organizer at the number provided on the sign in sheet.
